We process only the data needed to provide, protect and improve the private panel: email, display name, session data, configuration, encrypted credentials, content the user chooses to process, and technical or activity records.

Legal bases are performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations and, where applicable, consent. We do not sell data or use your credentials for advertising.

To request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, email contact@hydraagents.net, identify yourself with the account email and explain the request. We may ask for proportionate verification. Do not send passwords, API keys or tokens by email. We will respond within GDPR deadlines.

We keep data while the account is active and for the additional time needed for security, support or legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised according to the applicable retention schedule.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we apply GDPR safeguards. Credentials are encrypted before storage and access is limited to what is necessary.

HydraAgents is a private SaaS for configuring and running agents connected to third-party services. Access means accepting these terms and using the service lawfully and according to the rules of every connected platform.

You are responsible for your accounts, permissions, content, instructions and recipients. Keep credentials secure and check AI-generated responses before relying on them.

The service may change, be limited or be suspended for maintenance, security, violations or risks to others. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an AI response is accurate, complete or suitable for a specific decision.

You may not use HydraAgents for:

• spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud or unauthorised bulk messaging;
• accessing accounts, groups, systems or data without permission;
• malware, bypassing controls, abusive scraping or illegal activity;
• processing third-party personal data without a lawful basis, instructions and sufficient permission.

We may block agents, accounts or connections when necessary to protect the service, other users or external platforms.

Telegram, WhatsApp, MongoDB Atlas, the hosting provider, model providers and MCP tools are independent services with their own terms and policies.

When you choose an AI provider or integration, the messages, instructions, files or data needed for the requested action may be sent to that third party. Review its terms and do not connect accounts or data without authorisation.

HydraAgents encrypts credentials before storing them, but does not control third-party policies, availability or decisions.

The panel uses necessary session cookies to authenticate you and protect your account. The landing page stores your privacy preference locally. These technologies are not used for advertising.

Optional Cloudflare Insights analytics loads only after you accept non-essential options. You can reject it or change your choice from “Privacy” in the footer.

Necessary cookies do not depend on consent because they are essential to provide the service you request.

To exercise your rights or report a privacy issue, email contact@hydraagents.net. Identify yourself with your account email, describe what you need and provide only essential information.

For security, we verify that a request comes from the account holder before disclosing or deleting information. Never send passwords, API keys, tokens or access codes.

If you believe processing breaches the law, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
